Front passenger door on 2015 Tesla Model S won’t open from the outside. Handle presents and light is on. Opens from inside. Wondering if a wire in the wiring harness bent or broke.
You’ll want to post this on a Tesla forum. That car’s systems have very little in common with any other car’s, not much experience here with them.

At least the door handle presents… that is by far the most unreliable thing about the car. You problem is just one more part of it.
Good luck trying to find anyone to work on it.
Contact Tesla. Sometimes it’s a software glitch that they can fix remotely.
