my car over heated, it was missing prestone, i filled it up but now car won’t start.
Does the engine turn over when you turn the key to Start?
yes, it cranks but doesn’t start
Try disable spark and fuel and hear how it turns if its even or jumps. You may have something warped in the engine.
Need to do a compression test to see if the piston rings are shot,

How long did you drive once the engine overheated?
It seems that it was driven for long enough to damage the engine, it no longer runs. Generally the first thing damaged is the cylinder head, next the cylinders. People notice that the engine is overheating when there is no more power to move the vehicle.
