My 2015 BMW 645ci has been doing a lot of sitting in my garage lately. I’m sure it needs its oil changed but what else? Mileage: 69K
Just normal service as listed in the owners manual but a nice highway drive of about 45 minutes would be a good idea once a month .

check the tire pressures they will lose air if sitting a long time.

If so, then it is now due for its second transmission fluid change.
When was the brake fluid last flushed?
This vehicle is also due for that to be done for the second time.
If you avoid having those vital services done, you will be looking at VERY high repair costs in the future.
