So I put gas in my car since it was low (15miles low). Well once I filled it up it showed I never put gas in it, so once i got to 0 miles left it was still drivable. Two days later my car would not start, just turn on, so I’m not sure what it could be. Maybe gas fuel ? helppppp !
How many gallons of gasoline shows on your receipt from the purchase?
Showing zero has to be the miles to empty feature . But what does the actual fuel gauge show ?
dont use the DTE feature , that is generally a rough estimate and if you are driving it until the low gas light comes on you are going to get stranded one of these times . If you only had a little gas in it and you parked on any kind of a hill then it is possible will not start due to lack of fuel .
Turn the ignition on so the dash lights come on, step the brake pedal and shift the transmission into neutral and then try starting the engine.
If the engine starts, there’s a problem with the park/neutral safety switch.

When you try to start it, does the engine turn over as usual, but fail to start and run?
Or does it not even turn over (i.e. it doesn’t make that rrr-rrr-rrr sound)?
