when I turn the air on it will not come on. It does when it ready. Also it’s the same in the winter when I need heat it will not blow. Nor do I feel it thru the vents
It’s either the blower motor, or the wiring to it.
First step is check for voltage at the motor connector.
I know that the fan on some cars won’t come on until the engine is warm enough to actually produce warm air. On my Mustang the HVAC fan won’t come instantly when you first turn the car on when the A/C is on, it typically waits a good 7-10 seconds before the fan ramps up. My only guess is that the car performs some kind of readiness check every time it’s started and the heating/cooling/ventilation system won’t do anything unit it’s completed.
