Intermittent low lights on dashboard . Also unable to turn off or turn off the radio. Also the air conditioner will not turn on until I turn the car off, remove the key and and reinsert the key and restart the car.
It’s not common but you’re not alone either. I’m not a mechanic and I can’t find any mention of a cause but I’d have the alternator tested. The body control module might be flaky as well.

I found this on another site but have not found the actual recall. You can call the dealer and ask about it…
- Defrost System Failure – There is a recall associated with this. It’s a software issue that can cause not only the defrost to fail, but the instrument panel, radio controls, and panel illumination to fail as well.
