Car idles extreamly rough. at 1200 rpm smooths out just fine. I changed the intake manifokd 2 months ago and just changed the Mass Air Sensor. Have codes P0106 and P1101
I would say you still have a vacuum leak somewhere. Use a little propane to find the leak or have a smoke test run to find it.
