What octane of fuel should I use in a 2011 Volkswagen cc Sport?
What does the manual say? If it’s the turbo 4 I would use only premium, regardless.
cool.
91 minimum .
Does anyone even bother to glance at their owners manual anymore? Go figure, lets all go buy $20k + cars and not even bother to find out how to care for it.
Genex is way too generous. Hopefully by giving you the answer he hasn’t dissuaded you from reading your owner’s manual. There’s tons of other cool information in it too.

Really?? Does that influence what vehicle you might buy???
“Does that influence what vehicle you might buy?”
It might, and it might not. Even a vehicle that averages 20 MPG only saves $100 per year when using regular vs. mid-grade when driving 10,000 per year; $200 for high test. That’s less than a dollar each day. That might be a deal breaker, but for me it would not be near the top of the list.
I believe premium is recommended for best performance but not required. Double check manual but that is what friend of mine(I was surprised) stated on his 2010 CC.
Beautiful car btw!
