New battery installed one month ago. Car quits and red lights come on the dash.
Ask your shop do a charging system test. My diy’er version: Befor efirst start of the day battery should measure about 12.6 volts, then immediately after starting the engine, 13.5 - 15.5 volts.
It’s a hybrid, George, I don’t think it works like that anymore.

Was it the 12v battery that was replaced?
I think Elaine53 was just making a post to Car Complaints and did not ask a question. Also she did not say which battery was replaced . Her best move is to call the shop that did the work .
