After driving the car, there is a smell of burning rubber. I took it to the dealership (for another problem) and mentioned this to them, but they tried to convince me that it was burning oil and suggested a $300 repair, but the smell is still there (I know the difference between the two smells).
The car has about 69,000 miles on it and I had to replace the water pump and belt about 50,000, which I thought was a little early.
Do you have any thoughts on the smell?
Thanks
Brad
