My car over heard while driving the temperature reaches past 120 into the red if I don’t turn the heater on and then it finnaly cools down to around 90-100 degrees and the only way I would cool down is if the heaters on
If you keep driving it like this you will surely ruin the engine. Have the car towed to a qualified independent mechanic.

If you’re very lucky it’s just something simple like a stuck thermostat. But it could be something much worse. Follow @old_mopar_guy 's advice.
I am assuming that the OP is listing Celsius temperatures.
If those are Fahrenheit temps, his engine is running cold.

Lift the hood and check if the cooling fans are operating. After the engine has cooled, check the coolant level.
