Steering wheel shakes at speeds of 60 - 70 mph.
Have the wheels checked for straightness and have the wheels and tires balanced.

I wouldn’t drive this unless it’s straight to an alignment shop.
Being able to steer is kind of critical.
Something in the steering components is either severely worn or very out of adjustment.
