2009 Ford Focus having rough idle needle bounces at stop signs or lights any ideaon what can fix it thanks

The Idle Air Control valve controls the engines idle speed under all conditions.

Sometimes these IAC valves malfunction where they hunt for the proper idle speed, which causes the needle on the tach to bounce.

I read the 09 focus does not have an IAC I cant fix cars just something I read
