You mean the garage on your dashboard cluster is indicating higher than normal,correct? A auto parts store will probably check it for free and provide the actual charge rate. That is the starting point.
Or ask the shop where you have your routine maintenance performed to check it.
Could be several possibilities. Weak battery, alternator, battery connections dirty.
