My 2008 Pontiac Vibe has gone through four alternators in a year. I put a new battery in today the battery lite came on every time every stop or slowed under 30 mph.
Check battery cables both sides of battery. Make sure all connections are clean. Inspect them for green stuff. May need to replace one or more of these cables. In particular the cable at alternator
