I recently bought a new 2008 Honda Pilot 2WD VP, 3 weeks ago – I am now hearing multiple knocking sounds within the back section of the SUV each time I come to a stop – I am able to hear the knocking sound and the swishing of the gasoline – Is there any one else experiencing the same dilemmas?
find the spare tire storage area. ensure the spare is fastened securely.
also find the jack, jack handle and tire wrench. make sure these are snug and secure in their holders too.
these are the usual suspects for clunking.
