CPO designation doesn’t really buy you much. I’d spend the extra for CPO designation on an independent pre-purchase evaluation. Even Consumer Reports recommends an independently evaluation for a CPO car. A Fit should serve you well. I worked with a guy that commuted with one and he liked his a lot. That translates to the car was reliable.
