2006 Sentra, little over 110K on odometer.
Changed oil 2 weeks ago and since then I have been noticing a subtle knock and idle is rough. The knock is particular when moving from a complete stop. I don’t think changing oil has anything to do with it, just a coincidence. No engine light. No particular event during these 2 weeks (like hitting a curb or something).
Is there anything I can check? Can’t take it to the mechanic for the next 3 weeks (He is traveling).
