I have pulsating instrument panel and rapid clicking (from the starter?) in my car this morning and it wouldn’t start. The thing that has me totally confused is that this occurs in the on/run position of the key, not in the start position. Everything seems fine in ACC position. Turn the key to on/run position and the starter starts clicking.
Have you checked your battery? Did it start when jumped?
