2006 Honda Civic intermittent no-start

Intermittent No-start, cranking normal, dash indicator lights come on normally.
Starter already replaced for same problem two years ago.

Sounds like it may be time to try a different mechanic if it was a mechanic that replaced the starter motor for a cranks ok but won’t start.

Try the key dance: turn the key to Run (not all the way to Start) and the fuel pump should run a couple seconds. You may hear it. Turn key to Off then back to Run and wait a couple seconds for the pump to run again. A few steps of this dance will bring fuel and fuel pressure up to the engine. Turn the key all the way to Start.

Good luck and let us know.
