Seems like the price is within reason for that low of mileage. Good advice to pay $100 to have your own mechanic give it a general inspection, focusing on problems that might be expect in cars which are not driven frequently or only a few miles per trip, like oil sludge, cylinder & valve carbonization, and exhaust system rust out.
