What can I use if I don’t have transmission fluid?
An Uber to take you to get the SPECIFIED transmission fluid. Any substitute will ruin your transmission.

You don’t have a friend or neighbor who will take you to Walmart to get the correct fluid ? If you are in the US a Walmart or Autozone is never that far away.
Disagree on walmart not being far away where my daughter lived in Nevada it was 3 hour’s to a walmart & where my ex wife’s mother lived in Texas it was 4 hour’s to a walmart.

Ruin your transmission if you use anything else. Surely things aren’t that desperate unless you live out in the wide open spaces away from everything and everybody.
Your second step should be figuring out where the transmission is losing ATF.
