During heavy rain, the floorboard of passenger side floods with water. This is the only area of car that gets wet.
Please offer suggestions. Car has been to dealer several times and to other mechanics.

The mechanics should remove the cowl cover and check the air intake. The horn of the intake may have cracked or broken off.
