The door would not unlock or open, child safety lock off. I have round bar floating loose in the mechanism, I can feel it but can’t see where it is supposed to go, as it is all inside the door, and unlock sticks to the point it won’t unlock. There were 3 torx screws but after removing them I could not remove the hardware. Any links or info on R&R is appreciated.
