Unfortunately , the most likely only place is your local salvage yard. Just start calling and find one that will come an get it. Or put it on Craigslist and see what happens.
No, very BAD condition! Thrown rod means a new engine in a 16 year old car with XXK miles (??) on the rest of the car. Junkyard or Craigslist is your best bet. Don’t expect much money.
