Mr. Russell, the cut and paste below is what I had to say about this issue from the get-go although it’s phrased much more politely than my true thoughts. I had seriously considered emailing and letting you know about this post due to the way they publicly named you; and slammed 99% of the mechanics on the planet while doing so. Been there, done that so to speak and I’ve dealt with their relatives; figuratively speaking…
