2001 Explorer Limited T-Boned, is it worth the fix?

I would not spend more then $300-$400 on it to make it usable. Otherwise junk and move on.

A little bit of cosmetic damage is no reason to junk this vehicle. If it is determined to be unsightly by the owner there are others that would appreciate low cost transportation.

The damage looks like my Lincoln when my ex tried to customize it with a walnut tree. It was 13 years old, so I just drove it until it quit. You should take it to a safety check station to see if will still pass inspection. If I were in your situation, I would drive it as is, take a few bucks less than the totaled amount to keep it on the road, then donate it later for a tax deduction.
