I have a toyota camry 2001. I want to raise the height of my car. Is it possible for me to use toyota harrier (2001) coil springs instead of the camry springs?
Anything is possible if you have enough money.
But the springs are probably a little stiff for a Camry

The analog in North America is the Lexus RX from that era. You aren’t just changing the ride height, you are changing the suspension system and should check into the differences between the Camry suspension and Harrier/RX suspension.
