2000 Nissan Altima - The front and rear trouble lights come on, blink a couple of time and go off. Repeats this periodically. 'why?
Must be a fancy car to have front and rear “Trouble Lights”
Or do you mean the Emergency / 4-Way Flashers ?
Might be a problem with the switch that you use to turn on the emergency flashers. If you monkey with that switch, jiggle it, turn it on and off, etc, does that rectify the problem at least temporarily? You might ask your shop to temporarily disconnect the harness from that switch, as a test.
