How did you determine this?

How many miles on the car?

I would test for exhaust gasses in the coolant.

I would also try a second thermostat. It is not totally unheard of to get a bad one.

your running 50/50 coolant right?
if not, that can get it hot too.
sounds to me as if your coolant system is clogged. pull your radiator hose and see if anything coes out.
while the car is cold, of course

the car never went past 225 in temp
121000 miles
tested the gasess passed 4 times
havent tried 3 thermostat

new hoses upper and lower
new water pump
new head gasket
2 theromstats
new radiator
stll the same results…lose heat then coolant pours out the over flow

and yes 50/50 mix
