I bought this suv used with 87000 miles. When i drive 30 miles or so without stopping the transmission will shift hard and bark the tires when leaving from a stop. This has gone on for a couple years and i have 167,000 miles on it now. Should i be concerned?
Naa, just keep driving it.
Take it to one of your local auto parts stores that scans computers and have them check for codes. If they find one, it will probably be a P-1870 code. Post back with the code/s and we’ll go from there.
