For others in this predicament try www.vandsautodismantlers.com I got a great price on a used one. Another option is to send it to www.bba-reman.com. They seemed honest to me. I sent mine to them and they said it was dead and didn’t charge me for the test. Could also be worth sending a replacement to them to test.
