1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V8 has no electrical power to fuel pump

I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with no electrical power to the fuel pump. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and still nothing. What else is preventing the fuel pump from getting power? Any help?

check fuse 18 - 15 amps and 16 - 20 amps in the pdc, If all is Ok, check for power getting to their sockets with a test light.

IF you can read an electrical wiring diagram, IF you can use an electrical multimeter, you can go to this autozone Web site and check for power at pertitent points, and find out why the fuel pump isn’t running. Go to www.autozone.com, register your vehicle, and go to http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairinfo/repairguide/repairGuideContent.jsp?chapterTitle=Wiring+Diagrams&partName=Chassis+Electrical&pageId=0900c152800a9de9&partId=0900c152800a9cf4 and go to Fig. 42.
