what gear to park truck in, forward or reverse? plus handbrake?

You might get various answers to this question. Reverse has the lowest ratio so it has the most resistance to roll. 1rst gear is good as well
To avoid the remote chance of turning the engine backwards; if pointed uphill, reverse, if pointed down hill, highest forward gear.
