Headlight went out last night high beam work not low beam
Have you tried replacing it with a new one??
They are 2 different bulbs, the low beam is a 9006 and the high beam is a 9005…
Don’t touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers…
Also check for a burnt head light socket (pig tail)…

Suggest to post the filament resistance of both the high & the low beam bulb.
What in the world for ? It just makes sense to put in new bulbs if the person knows how .
