1992 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder 5 speed standard

The car has 160,000 miles on it. Still getting 26 miles to the gallon of regular unleaded. Lately, about once or twice a week, when I make a turn, rt or lft, the steering sticks and I have to pull on the steering just a bit to get the car to come back. All the fluids are full.

You might try flushing the power steering fluid to see if the old fluid is causing the rack & pinion assembly to stick. If that doesn’t help, then the R&P assembly might require replacement. Or you might try this product prior to replacing the R&P assembly. http://www.lucasoil.com/products/display_products.sd?iid=28&catid=9&loc=show&headTitle= - Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak
