'07 Honda Element Low Mileage Concerns?

I think the only mistake Honda made with the Element was the too-quirky, look-at-me styling, with the clipped-off window corners and cladding (later removed). If they had made this look a little more normal there is no reason it wouldn’t have sold better. Or it was just ahead of its time. It’s similar in size and shape to the Kia Soul, which sells just fine.
