my car has a hesitation when i take off from a complete stop and excelerating from a slow go point.
i have changed spark plugs and boots. It is a 4cyl. v-twin cam. The oil change is current.

There are a lot of possible causes for this symptom. You’ve started by changing the sparkplugs and boots (I assume you mean wires?), but just barely started. It’s always a good beginning to do a complete tuneup including filters, and that includes the fuel filter. A clogged fuel filter can restrict the ability of the system to deliver sufficient fuel for acceleration.
If you’ve done that total tuneup and it still won’t accelerate sufficiently, post back.
