my 2001 Subaru legacy is having a head light tail light issue. I have changed the bulbs in both.... left head light and right tail light - nothing worked. However a shop told me that i needed a pigtail for the headlight? it could be the entire system needed or just a portion? is this something that is easier changed - and would it be connected with the tail light? and what is the average cost.
