I have a 2002 Chevy Tracker with 92,000. after rear ball bearing seal and ac decompressor replaced, car will shut off power at the first time i let my foot off the accelerator on a cold start, and pulls slightly to the left. runs fine after that. was told it was partially clogged fuel filter. any other guesses?
