I was having problems restarting 95 toyota tacoma on hot or warm days. The solution was to reroute fuel line and filter to rear fire wall. If u have a 95 toyota tacoma 4 banger u will know that fuel filter and line is located on driver side mounted to engine block. As we all know these aluminum blocks burn really hot and do to temperatures in your area can cause them to burn alittle hotter than usual. These high temperatures cause vapor lock (fuel gets to hot). To reroute filter and line i had to get a custom made line but it solved the problem.
