I have a 2005 Honda Accord Coupe 4 cyl. and the driver's side windshield wiper doesn't clean well. I've changed the blade several times with no improvement, so I'm guessing there's something wrong with the wiper arm. How do I troubleshoot this problem and/or replace the arm?
