Makes a grinding noise when initially braking, but seems to quiet as day goes on. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Does anyone know where I can find the inside diameter for the front rotor in a 2005 CRV? I see two different widths, one of 151.5 mm here, and one of 151.8 here… Thanks, Brendan
