Hello, My car is quite jerky when reengaging cruise control or when reducing speed incrementally while it’s in motion particularly at medium speeds. Could it be a mount?

I just had the motor mounts replaced on my 1999 Mazda 626. Does the rubber on these look old? These were supposed to be new, should I be alarmed?

How long can I drive on old motor mounts? I have a move coming up soon and I really don’t have the finances to do the repairs now.
