# Won't come out of park

Recently it’s difficult to get my car out of park. I’ve used the shift lock over ride button and it is very difficult to move the gear shift. Yesterday I started the car and the windows wouldn’t operate and I couldn’t get it out of park. I shut off the car and then restarted it and everything was operational? Could my problem be in the ignition switch?

It’s a 1993 Volvo 240 Wagon with 180,000 miles
