I took my 97 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 to the Dealer because I had a short in the electrical system. The Dealer {while working on the car shorted out the electrical system. Now I need a new wiring harness & ECM. Can I replace the wiring harness & ECM from a 97 4.0 w/ Automatic w/a harness & ECM from a 97 4.0 w/ 5 speed manual.

The dealer won’t take responsibility for the sabotage. I believe it these days. A trade school would probably have paid for it.
