Have a 1998 GMC Sonoma pickup. On occassion, the windshield wipers decide not to work. Seems like they stop at either the high side or low side of wipeing. Almost always requires pulling over to move them by hand a bit to get them restarted. Suspect some type of positioner gets out of range or something and stops them? What type of fix is there for this problem? Thanks, Mike

Sounds like something is binding. Check the wiper arms and where they connect to the motor. If need be clean and lube.
