Why? because you can and because you want to, Tell me if your sound system goes to ten but you are usually at two, why did you ever buy one that goes past two? So don’t you feel a little shorted if you only had the stereo that went to 2 and never had the option to crank it up to 10 if you wanted?
I have a friend who has, what he feels is the ideal “high performance car”. A 20+ year old Jaguar sedan, beautifully appointed but with all that’s bad removed. It took him two years, but it now has a Chevy 6 with a 2 speed power glide transmission. Beautiful until you turn the key. But it sure does look good parked at the beach club.
