# What to do with yard siting old '69 Chev truck

Up until about 5 years ago my then 95 year old father was cruising around the town in a 1969 Chev C10 truck. Eversince he break his hip the truck has just been sitting in the yard, not started or moved. What should I do with it? Junk it? Sell for parts (if so where), the rocker panels are rusted etc. ? Find some to adopt her? Or what? Advise appreciated.

Sell it. This body style is popular and the truck is desirable as a street rod. This model had the option of rear coil springs and it provided a smooth ride.

You may be surprised what people will offer you for that truck. It is very popular and can be rebuilt to look like new.
