What happens when two of the Big Three US auto makers merge? That’s our question, this week on Car Talk. And we took a few minutes to contemplate what name plates might look like, should the proposed merger of For example, would the Buick Enclave and Chrysler Crossfire result in the brand new, 2009 Chrysler En-fire? How about the Chrysler PT Cruiser and the Cadillac DTS-- would they result in the new Chrysler PTSD? Or would drivers across the country be ferrying their children around in Chevy Caribous, a melding of the Dodge Grand Caravan and the Chevy Malibu? What are your suggestions for newly consoldated Chrysler-GM models? Share them right here! We’d love to hear them. Besides: who knows… once day you just might find yourself stuck in traffic, looking up at a Jeep Potato. (You figure it out, but here’s a hint: there’s a Silverado involved.)
